This morning I scanned some Beach letters and envelopes that were not in the Beach Letter collection. Rosemarie told me some really interesting things about his letters and the other letter collections we have at Willamette. It's amazing that we have letters from such important people in the library.
After that I kept on stamping for the Campus Photos collection and got through Box 5. It's a slower process than I thought it would be (partly because I get distracted looking at the pictures), but I'm pretty sure that I can get all of it done before I leave for Christmas break.
You too can be a 'important person' in history - write! And make sure there is a paper copy around (!!). It would be so nice if some enterprising student decided to start up the Wallulah again, and that would make them very important in the history of Willamette.
