Today I only worked for a half hour adjusting the Jim Shull Slide spreadsheet.
I figured out where the error occurred; on js_misc113.tif Phile Cornelius was not listed as the artist and this messed up the order of all the slides after it. The spelling of the artist's name will need to be checked by Archives; the handwriting on the slide front js_misc_front113.tif was hard to read
Now all the slide files are aligned with their proper metadata. However, other categories of metadata are missing for js_misc113.tif.
I also noticed in the folder for "RotationQuestionThumbnails" that the image fb009.tif which I had listed in question on the spreadsheet was not in the folder so I added it.
The files js_misc101.tif and js_misc102.tif appear in the Shull Slides > JS Miscellaneous > Slide Images folder on the computer directly connected to Drobo. However, it is baffling that these files did not show up on Sara's computer as the screenshot shows. Hopefully, they will be accessible Monday when we return.
