Today, I started with working on the Wallulah scanning project. I've scanned and edited another 60 pages, and am getting a better grip on touching up the corners to get rid of page/scanner breaks (because the margins are so narrow, it's very prominent and hard to avoid. Touching up gives me a little more room on the margins)
I then finished the Collegian page count project whilst discovering a multitude of interesting articles.
Previously, I had found an article about the Library's new ILS 'Millenium' that was ground breaking as it made obsolete the card catalog system. Shanel asked me to search for it, so I spent a couple minutes looking for it, and am currently looking for it in the few minutes before my shift ends.
Finally, I scanned several letters of Jason Lee and sent them Rose Marie's way. I was very conservative with my edits and preferred white space to cropping out paper.
Tomorrow, I'll continue with the Wallulah. If there are any projects, feel free to 'break the monotony'
