I spent today flipping most of the images I've scanned. While comparing their orientation with the original slides, I realized that most of the images were mirrored. It took all of my shift to go through each image and flip it horizontally so it matches the slide.
However, I figured out how to scan the images on the scanner so they come out facing the same way as the slide. I edited the scanning instructions so this will no longer be an issue.
I also did find a couple slides where I wasn't positive if the rotation was right so I have listed those in the spreadsheet "Shull Slides to be Checked for Rotation and Mirroring."
