I started today by returning to the 1915 Wallulah (published in 1914
by the '15 class) - I got to +/- page60. The work went pretty
smoothly, except for a hiccup where a page was ready to fall out and
the photograph that belonged on that page had fallen off, so I gave
the page and photograph to Alice so she could repair them. I'll get
that back and reattach it tomorrow, and then scan and save the page as
something like "Page# - Insert."
In the afternoon, RoseMarie asked me to help her with some of the
Waltz Family Papers, so I deleted a couple of doubled pages, scanned a
few more and moved some around to make everything accurate. I then
added these changes to the website through Project Client. Once I
finished working on the letters, I returned to the Paulus Collection
for the last 45 minutes. I am not quite done scanning box 7, but I
have finished cross-referencing the box.
It seems that we have a lot of missing slides, unless if I find them
hiding in a box somewhere. I haven't yet, and I am pretty sure I have
all of the boxes accounted for. I have descriptions for some of these
73 slides, so they must have existed at some point, but we seem to
have lost them. I'll continue cross-referencing and scanning tomorrow,
and hopefully those 73 will just be misplaced somewhere later in the
boxes!
